Requests, not reservations
Sending a request does not reserve gear or create a confirmed rental. Published calendars describe entered availability, which must still be confirmed by the provider. No checkout or payment is taken on this site.
Pricing and delivery
Equipment estimates use published rates and minimum rental days. Delivery, pickup, taxes, deposits and other charges are not included unless explicitly stated. Obtain the final total and delivery arrangements directly from the provider before agreeing or paying.
Provider agreement
Independent providers supply equipment and establish their rental, cancellation, damage and return terms. Request those terms in writing before confirming. Contact the provider for changes, cancellations or equipment problems.
Safe use
Check the item’s condition, manufacturer instructions, age and weight limits, and complete parts before use. Do not use damaged, recalled or unsuitable equipment. Safety and insurance claims must be supported by provider documentation.
