Information you submit
Rental requests include your name, email, optional phone, trip dates, delivery area and notes. Provider applications include business and contact details, service area and equipment information. Avoid submitting sensitive information or children’s full names.
How information is used
Site administrators review submissions to coordinate rental requests and evaluate provider applications. Necessary request details may be shared with the relevant rental provider to confirm equipment, delivery and pricing. Requests are not public listings.
Storage and measurement
Submissions are stored in the site’s managed cloud service. Sign-in uses browser storage for account sessions. If analytics are configured, the site tracks search and request events without intentionally sending names, emails, phone numbers or free-text notes.
Privacy requests
A monitored privacy contact and documented retention and deletion process must be established before accepting live customer requests. Applicable rights and legal disclosures depend on the business and jurisdictions served.
