Every rental
Confirm the exact model, manufacturer instructions, cleaning process, recall status, complete parts and age or weight limits. Inspect the equipment on arrival; stop use and contact the provider if anything is missing or damaged.
Car seats
Request documented history, manufacturer expiration information and confirmation of recall checks. Discuss crash history and any limits on rental use. Follow the seat and vehicle instructions for installation; seek qualified installation guidance when needed. Do not assume a listing is certified or insured.
Sleep equipment
Use a manufacturer-approved sleep surface and follow current pediatric safe-sleep guidance. Bouncers and swings are not sleep products. Confirm that crib and mattress parts belong together and are in good condition.
Attractions and transport
Check the attraction’s current stroller dimensions and restrictions directly. Do not assume stroller wagons are Disney-compatible. Confirm pickup and delivery meeting rules with the provider.
Problems during your rental
Stop using unsafe equipment and contact the provider for help or a replacement. For an emergency, contact local emergency services. This site does not provide safety certification or replace manufacturer guidance.
